CLOTHING REDESIGN PROGRAM

It all begins with an idea.

At HWRGLS, I am committed to sustainability and creativity, and am excited to offer a unique opportunity for you to transform your old garments into something new. Through the Clothing Redesign Program, I accept bags of gently used clothes to be redesigned into fresh, custom one-of-a-kind pieces. Once the redesign is complete, I’ll return the newly transformed items to you for a fee.

Please read the following guidelines and terms for participation:

Accepted Items:

  • Only gently used, clean clothing will be accepted (no items with heavy stains, large rips, or damage).

  • Accepted items include, but are not limited to, shirts, dresses, pants, jackets, skirts, and accessories.

  • Items should be free from any strong odors (e.g., smoke, pets, mildew).

Quantity:

  • A minimum of 5 items, and maximum 7 items, must be submitted per bag.

  • I reserve the right to decline any bag that does not meet the minimum quantity or quality standards.

Process:

  1. Submission: CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING BY MAIL

    • Bring or ship your bag of clothes to our designated drop-off location or mailing address.

    • Please include a completed form with your contact information, a brief description of the items, and your design preferences (if any).

    • If you’re submitting by mail, please make sure to package the clothes securely.

  2. Evaluation:

    • Upon receipt, I will evaluate the clothing for its potential to be redesigned.

    • I will assess each item’s condition and suitability for transformation.

3. Redesign & Payment:

  • After evaluating your clothes, I will contact you with a proposal detailing the possible redesign options and associated costs.

  • Once you approve the proposal, I will proceed with the redesign process.

  • A flat fee or hourly rate (depending on the complexity of the redesign) will be charged, with payment due upon completion of the project.

4. Completion & Return:

  • Once your redesigned garments are ready, you will be notified and can arrange to pick them up or have them shipped back to you.

  • A final payment receipt will be provided upon completion.

  • The newly redesigned pieces will be returned to you with a fresh, personalized touch!
